Who is this guy anyway?
Tim Vandecasteele is the co-founder of Silverfin, a Belgian B2B SaaS business started in 2013 and sold in 2023. By the time Tim left Silverfin, the product had more than €37M in annual recurring revenue, was active in 15 countries and had +350.000 end clients on the platform.
As co-ceo Tim was responsible for Product, Technology, Support & Customer Success for the first 9 years. After assigning an external CEO, he moved his focus to Product and Support for the remaining 2 years. Next to this, Tim was always very involved in organisational aspects like sales, hiring, remuneration & culture.
